Creating a therapist account, inviting clients, and reviewing their intake is free. Paid features are billed monthly, per feature, and you can turn any of them off whenever you like.
Client Biometrics
$30 / month
Receive biometric uploads from your clients, configure thresholds, and review weekly reports before sessions.

Group practices: $25/month for each additional therapist after the first.
Homework Reminders
$10 / month
Assign weekly homework and send secure reminders to your clients with delivery receipts.

Group practices: $7/month for each additional therapist after the first.
What's included at no cost
- Creating a therapist account and completing onboarding.
- Inviting clients and collecting intake and consent.
- Reviewing client profiles, consent status, and history.
How billing works
- Monthly, in advance. Each paid feature is a separate monthly subscription that renews on the same day each month until you cancel.
- Charged in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps the feature available through the end of the period you already paid for. See the refund and cancellation policy.
- Group practices. When a practice owner subscribes, the first therapist is billed at the standard monthly rate and each additional active member at the group rate. Members of a practice are never charged individually.
- Price changes.We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price increase takes effect on your subscription.
